Delivery time

We ship from our suppliers' warehouses. Delivery time therefore depends on which range the item belongs to and is stated in the order confirmation.

For items with print or embroidery, the delivery time starts once you have approved the proof. Expect a longer delivery time than for unbranded stock items.

If a delivery is significantly delayed we will contact you. If the delay exceeds 30 days you have the right to cancel the delayed part of the order.

Partial deliveries

If an order contains items from several suppliers, they may arrive in separate consignments. You pay no extra shipping for this.

Uncollected parcels

Parcels that are not collected are returned to us. We then charge the return shipping and handling cost. This is not the same as exercising the right of withdrawal — if you wish to cancel, notify us rather than letting the parcel go back.

Transport damage

Check the goods on receipt. If the packaging is damaged, note this with the carrier at the time of delivery. Contact us and we will help with the case.

Delivery to other countries

For deliveries outside the EU, customs and import charges may apply in the receiving country. These are paid by the recipient.
