Prices

Prices on the website are shown excluding VAT. VAT and shipping are added and shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and for an item to sell out at the supplier. If a price is obviously incorrect we may cancel the purchase and refund what you have paid.

Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order. Check the order confirmation and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.

Payment

Payment options are shown at checkout. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Print, embroidery and proofs

You are responsible for ensuring that the logo or text you supply is correct and that you have the right to use it.

Before production starts we send a proof. Production begins only once you have approved the proof in writing, and the delivery time is counted from that point. What you approve is what is produced.

For branded items the quantity delivered may vary by up to ten per cent above or below the order. Invoicing is based on the quantity delivered.

Colour reproduction is affected by the material and the branding technique. Minor deviations from the proof or from what is shown on screen are not considered faults.

Orders for branded items are binding and cannot be cancelled once the proof has been approved.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as industrial action, decisions by public authorities, disruption to transport or failure of a subcontractor to deliver.

If we cannot agree

Contact us first. If you are a private individual and we still cannot reach a solution, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, ARN, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.

Swedish law applies to the contract.
